New services for young people

Time to Talk

16-25 years

An opportunity to:

• To get information
• One-to-one support

Time to Talk is a scheme run by Ynys Môn and Gwynedd Mind in which we offer one to one, confidential advice and support across Anglesey and Gwynedd in non-stigmatising venues such as supermarkets. The service offers people the chance to talk about mental health problems, get free information and learn self-management techniques to keep themselves well.

Choose Well

If you become unwell or are injured make sure you choose the right NHS service to make sure you get the best treatment. It explains what each NHS service does, and when it should be used.

Choosing Well means that you and your family will get the best treatment. It also allows busy NHS services to help the people who need them most.
